Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns for the following reasons:

• Wrong item received
• Damaged or defective product upon arrival

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date by emailing info@brewhahatees.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Return Shipping For eligible returns (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we cover return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return label via email.

Restocking Fee There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.

Refund Method Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items Because our products are print-on-demand and made to order, we are unable to accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.
